Subsidiaries merged into Elisa Corp: Oy Radiolinja AB becomes Elisa Matkapuhelinpalvelut Ltd |

On 28 October 2003, Elisa Corporation announced of its intention to
merge group companies. Mergers whereby the assets and liabilities of
the following companies were transferred to Elisa Corporation have been
entered in the Trade Register: Elisa Solutions Ltd, Invoicia Ltd, Elisa
Internet Ltd, Elisa Networks Ltd, Soon Net Ltd, Soon Com Ltd, Oy Heltel
Ab, ElisaCom Ltd, RPOCom Oy and Riihimäen Puhelin Oy.
As
stated in the Interim Report on 29 April, Oy Radiolinja Ab's merger
into Elisa Corporation will be delayed. In accordance with the
announced plan, the following companies have merged into Oy Radiolinja
Ab: Radiolinja Aava Oy, Radiolinja Suomi Oy, Radiolinja Origo Oy and
Witem Oy.
Changing the name Oy Radiolinja Ab to Elisa Matkapuhelinpalvelut Ltd was entered in the Trade Register today.
