This summer people in Sweden have sent a record number of MMS messages. During June-August, 6.1 million MMS messages were sent through Telia's mobile network, an increase of 56%, compared with the same period last year. The number of subscribers with camera-equipped mobile phones has doubled during the past year, and in July, approximately two million Telia customers were able to send images from their mobile handsets.
