10 August, 2004: ADC has announced that Qatar GSM operator Qtel is to deploy the company's Metrica Performance Manager to monitor network performance and the quality of services delivered to its subscribers. ADC won the contract with Qtel via its partner in the region, Mannai Trading.

By deploying Metrica, Qtel will have a comprehensive view of both the quality of their network and the services being delivered on it. This will enable QTEL to detect potential problems and resolve them to ensure the highest levels of customer service.
