Saratoga Systems has announced the UK availability of its Apresta data access solution. Apresta, the first wholly configurable Multi-Channel Access Gateway (MAG), will enable enterprises to provide their mobile workers real-time access - via any browser-equipped device - to multiple back-end systems, including CRM, ERP and financials. By providing real-time access to this critical enterprise data, mobile workers will be able to manage accounts and opportunities, check inventory, track shipments and customer support, and verify billing status from a broad range of wireless handheld devices. Apresta currently supports an extensive array of today's wireless devices - including BlackBerry, PocketPC, Smartphone, TREO and HP iPAQ - and all wireless networks.
