BT has received a total of 5 Gold Awards in customer satisfaction in Telemark's 21st benchmarking report on the seven leading managed data network service (MDNS) providers. BT Infonet has been awarded overall Best in Class operator for the 14th consecutive time in the report. BT received 3 Telemark Gold Awards for Secure Data Transfer, Technical Support and Long Term Relationship - the most awards achieved by any operator in the report. BT Infonet received 2 Gold Awards for Secure Data Transfer and Network Reliability. BT has also exceeded the benchmark in all the top 10 most important attributes and is perceived as the only operator able to satisfy its customers in all of the service attributes evaluated in the report.
