COLT has expanded its platform for Resellers with the introduction of a new user-friendly web interface, Cocom Web Manager. This allows Resellers across 10 European countries to provision customers for COLT's white-label telephony service quickly and easily without needing to adapt their internal systems. COLT can now match the operations and internal processes of any Reseller as it offers three different ways to connect to its order handling system – via XML, FTP or the new Web Manager. The new web interface is ideal for Resellers with multiple users or sites which all need to access COLT's system. Cocom Web Manager offers multiple additional benefits to Resellers: it allows them to activate individual or multiple customers, including CPS, in a single stage process; they can query the provisioning status of their customers online and filter the results by various parameters; the system provides Call Detail Records (CDRs) twice a day allowing the Reseller to decide how they wish to bill the customer; and finally, in the second quarter of 2006, the system will enable Resellers to apply restrictions to individual customers such as call barring to disable them from using high-spend services.
