TTPCom has reached agreement with Analog Devices Inc (ADI) on a programme designed to speed customer development of wireless devices based on ADI's SoftFoneR products. The agreement grants ADI the right to directly distribute TTPCom's modem software for use on ADI SoftFone baseband products and provides development rights for AJAR. In addition, TTPCom will transfer to ADI intellectual property, engineering resources, and related assets associated with the support and customisation of TTPCom GSM/GPRS/EDGE modem software for ADI SoftFoneR-based wireless devices.
