ZTE and SupportSoft have successfully completed interoperability testing at SupportSoft's Digital 3600 Interoperability Lab of ZTE's Home Gateway devices according to the TR-069 DSL Forum CPE WAN Management protocol. The testing validates the interoperability of ZTE's H110/H100 Home Gateway devices with SupportSoft ServiceGateway software to deliver triple play services and service management. The TR-069 specification provides the necessary framework for efficient and scalable deployment of new services using DSL broadband infrastructure, including the combined delivery of VoIP, IPTV and high-speed data services.
Interoperability according to the TR-069 DSL Forum protocol ensures that equipment such as ZTE's Home Gateway products can be easily configured, activated and managed from a network console with software solutions such as SupportSoft's ServiceGateway; thereby helping service providers to control the costs of deployment, support home gateway devices and tightly manage triple play service delivery.
