28 September, 2004: Business Logic Systems has won four major contracts with leading Tier 1 wireless carriers in Australia , Bangladesh , Malaysia and Pakistan . The implementations involve the company's InTeleStage family of Business Intelligence solutions and follow the official launch of its InTeleStage Loyalty Suite in the Asia-Pacific region.

In Australia , one of the country's leading wireless operators awarded its contract for the introduction of a comprehensive mobile network loyalty solution. The award sees the InTeleStage Loyalty Suite, comprising three business intelligence modules - Loyalty Server, Profiler and Reporter - introduced to enable the operator to deliver automatic reward schemes directly to subscribers, particularly the pre-paid segment. Mobile users will be offered rewards in different forms, such as free minutes, SMS/MMS messages, third-party reward points, or as a monetary credit.

In Malaysia , Business Logic has completed a series of extensive user trials with a major Tier 1 operator culminating in an order for the company's InTeleStageT Self Care and Reporter applications. Self Care will enable the operator to offer a new on-line - including Internet or WAP browser access via their mobile phones - self-service facility to its mobile subscribers. The new service transforms the regular billing activity into a powerful and interactive customer experience, at the same time as significantly reducing bill production and distribution costs. Reporter provides the carrier with clear views and reports on user data and information.

In Bangladesh , the customer has selected Business Logic's InTeleStageT Voucher Manager, which is a highly secure, pre-paid voucher management system, generating unique codes and validation. Voucher Manager enables the operator to track vouchers through the whole supply chain, from specialised printing to final distribution to the end user.

In Pakistan , work is currently underway following a contract award for an upgrade of the current InTeleStage Reporter installation, which will allow additional reporting on pre-paid voice and SMS/MMS traffic.
