Mobile 365 continues to grow the Personal Messaging business with the signing of an agreement with Cellcom Israel. Cellcom, the leading mobile operator in Israel, has more than 2.5mn subscribers, all of who can now exchange text messages with mobile subscribers from all U.S. operators. Connections to other regions around the world will follow.
