Pitch Entertainment Group (PEG) has announced the launch of two new mobile content services for Belgium and Holland. The expansion comes hot on the heels of successful launches in Germany, Spain and Australia earlier in the year. The new territories will add to the company’s existing mobile content services offered in the UK, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Australia and Spain, where PEG trades under the brand names Pitch, SplashMobile and KandyTones. Both new territories have an active community of mobile users and demand is high for mobile content.  The Netherlands boasts around 16.3m mobile users. The premium content market reached over €166mn in 2005 and is expected to grow by a further 50% over the course of 2006. PEG will launch on all five national operators: KPN; Telfort; Orange; Vodafone and T-Mobile and locally sourced content includes songs from Dutch star Marco Borsato. To target the 8.6mn mobile phone users in Belgium, PEG will launch a dedicated tri-lingual wap-site where users can choose their preferred language. It will launch on the three Belgian operators: Proximus, Mobistar and Base.
