Logan Orviss International (‘LOI’), an independent communications industry consultancy has announced that it has appointed the specialist technology investment bank, Strata Partners, to review the business and to examine ways of raising further capital to fund the growth of the business, including the possibility of an initial public offering in the UK. LOI, founded in 1995 by Brendan Logan (CEO) and Colin Orviss (Director Strategy & Planning), has grown rapidly on a global basis and now counts a number of significant Tier 1 telecoms operators amongst its clients including: BT, Deutsche Telekom, France Telecom, Telefonica, Orange, Vodafone and China Mobile. LOI specialises in providing independent, impartial, high level strategic advice to service providers. These are predominately fixed line and wireless service providers but also include Mobile Virtual Network Operators (‘MVNOs’), other alternate carriers and software vendors.
