Singaporean operator launches mobile blogging service Print E-mail
Tuesday, 19 September 2006

M1 has launched Mobile Blogging, a service that enhances its customers' blogging experience and adds spontaneity by allowing them to update their blogs anywhere and anytime using their mobile phones. Mobile Blogging is currently the only service of its kind in Singapore to support six of the most popular blog sites in the blogging community. They are Friendster, Blogger, LiveJournal, WordPress, Movable Type and TypePad. With Mobile Blogging, customers who maintain blogs on these sites can now post and update their blogs while on the go using SMS, MMS or MiWorld Mobile. Most importantly, customers will not have to migrate to a new blog host or create another blogging account in order to use Mobile Blogging. Besides text entries, customers with Flickr or any media hosting server accounts (e.g. FSPHost) are also able to post image and video entries in a few quick and easy steps.
