TINet builds PoP in Warsaw Print E-mail
Wednesday, 20 September 2006

Tiscali International Network (TINet), one of Europe’s leading wholesale carriers, has added a new Point of Presence (PoP) in Warsaw to meet the growing demand for broadband access and IP and MPLS connectivity in the region. TINet already has an extensive European and North American footprint with over 85 IP/MPLS PoPs and recently stepped foot in Hong Kong. Demand for local connectivity for services, such as VPN, IP access and voice, in Eastern Europe is growing fast. TINet’s end to end 10Gbits/s infrastructure is well placed to meet the growing demand for IP and MPLS connectivity. TINet already has PoPs in Czech Republic and Slovakia and serves other Eastern European markets such as Ukraine and Bulgaria through its international ‘gateway’ locations in Frankfurt and Stockholm.
