SEVEN is to provide push email service as part of Sprint's joint venture with Comcast Corporation, Cox Communications, Time Warner Cable and Advance Newhouse. As a key service of the converged service offering by the joint venture, the push email service will be prominently featured on the home screen of subscribers' mobile phones. The push email service will allow cable customers to access their email accounts, such as Cox email, Comcast email, and Road Runner email, from their mobile phone. The email service is easily accessible to subscribers on their mobile phone. An email icon will be prominently featured on the home screen of subscribers' mobile phones, enabling easy discovery and access to email. The service is easy to set up; subscribers simply sign in to the service with their username and password. It also accommodates multiple accounts, including support for other popular email services. The service is available today in several pilot markets, and will continue to expand to other markets covered by the cable companies over the next 12 months.
