telent has been chosen by Cable & Wireless as a strategic partner for its Site Rationalisation programme. The two-year frame contract will see telent provide technical and on-site expertise to remove technical network systems from sites that have been earmarked for closure. It is anticipated that Cable & Wireless will work with telent on a site-by-site basis over the two-year period.  The frame contract provides for a number of services to be selected by Cable & Wireless as required, including network planning, circuit migrations and re-provision, technical support, project management, customer equipment recovery and disposal, and logistics support.
