Apertio and Unico win Australian contract |

Unico and Apertio have announced their first major joint contract win in
Australia with a market-leading telecommunications operator. Unico will deploy Apertio One-NDS to manage subscriber data at the heart of the network. The new platform will consolidate the data of a leading carrier's mobile subscribers. Apertio and Unico will be replacing traditional legacy core network components with a next generation open standards capability. The project, due for completion by the middle of this year, will provide the operator with the foundation to continue to remove substantial operating cost from the network by consolidating data into the Apertio One-NDS.
