02 November, 2004: Global billing and customer care solutions provider CSG Systems has announced that CTBC, a convergent services provider in Brazil offering wireline, wireless, broadband and data services, will implement solutions within CSG's Kenan FX framework. As part of the new agreement, CTBC will upgrade Kenan/BP to the latest Kenan FX compliant version as part of a company-wide initiative to standardise billing platforms across the organization. Kenan FX will replace the current mobile billing platform and will support more than 700,000 business and residential customers across mobile, GSM services, wireline, broadband and data services. In addition, CTBC plans to use modules within Kenan FX to support roaming and advanced rating rules. CSG's professional services organization will lead the implementation effort for the CSG Kenan FX solutions.
