Orange UK is the first France Telecom property to deploy Telcordia which analyses disparate network and operational data to present a consolidated view of service degradations and their impact on customers. This capability will help Orange UK improve customer satisfaction by continually monitoring user experiences and taking pre-emptive action to correct problems before they become noticeable to customers.
