Transmode and Overture Networks sign partnership agreement |

Transmode, a provider of multi-reach optical solutions and Overture Networks, a developer of converged packet access platforms for Carrier Ethernet Services, today announced that the two companies have entered into a strategic business partnership. The strategic partnership will enable the two companies to jointly provide enhanced solution offerings for existing and prospective customers through the deployment of combined Metro Optical plus multi-service Ethernet access solutions. This in turn will strengthen both companies' positions in the rapidly growing converged Ethernet over Optical market.
