Helicopter group chooses Global Crossing |

Global Crossing has been awarded a US$1.44 million contract by Bristow Group, one of the world's largest providers of helicopter services, to provide IP VPN connectivity across 30 individual sites in Europe, North America and
Australia. The contract was signed this month and is already underway, with the installation due to be completed in early 2008. Fixed sites in 23 locations will be connected along with seven remote sites in locations such as
Alaska,
Mexico, Trinidad and the
Caribbean. Additionally, the solution provides Application Performance Monitoring with Application Integrity and network-based Internet access where some business applications are hosted.
