Globe selects Clarity to implement complete NOC |

Globe, a leading Philippine telecom operator, has chosen Clarity’s Unified OSS platform to provide inventory management and service assurance. Clarity will also be commissioned to build an entirely new Network Operations Centre (NOC). The project includes the implementation of NOC infrastructure and associated NOC tools, to improve network performance, fault management and customer experience, across Globe's expanding 2G and 3G wireless network. Globe, part of Singapore Telecom Group, is one of the largest mobile operators in the
Philippines. Clarity's
OSS will replace Globe's existing systems, synchronising and standardising services across the entire network. Updating both aspects of the infrastructure concurrently is a large project and a significant step forward for Globe. As the
Philippines mobile market continues to expand and develop, Clarity's solution is designed to rapidly adapt to an increasing customer base.
