Orca wins Columbian IPTV contract |

UNE-EPM Telecommunications, a leading provider of Internet, telephony and television services in
Colombia, has selected Orca's advanced RiGHTv middleware to enable the first IPTV service rollout in
Colombia. UNE-EPM Telecommunications, a division of Empressa Publica de Medellín
S.A., is headquartered in Medellín, the second largest Colombian city with a population of 2.4 million, and extends its triple play offering throughout the country. The IPTV deployment will be carried out by Union Electrica S.A., Orca's partner and system integrator in the project, providing a seamless, end-to-end solution. UNE-EPM Telecommunications' IPTV service is expected to be available in major cities across
Colombia in the first quarter of 2008. Orca's highly innovative IPTV middleware platform will enable UNE-EPM Telecommunications to deliver a range of next generation interactive TV services designed to enhance subscribers' viewing experience.
