Amobee Media Systems and beeweeb technologies have announced a strategic partnership that will see the two companies working together to enable the "ad-funding" of mobile TV, music and mobile entertainment services. beeweeb, which counts Hutchison Telecoms (Global, UK+Eire, Italy, Sweden+Denmark, Australia and Austria), Vodafone (Global and Italy), Telecom Italia and Wind among its main customers, is a software solution company that designs and develops state-of-the art mobile services for mobile operators, ISPs, broadcasters and content providers. The partnership will allow beeweeb and Amobee to help mobile operators and advertisers generate new revenue streams from the insertion of targeted and contextual advertising impressions within beeweeb's beeTV and music beePlayer. This is the latest in a series of strategic partnerships for Amobee, which is the first company to deliver a user-centric approach to ad-fund the operators' entire mobile content and communication value chain. The company has also recently announced alliances with Hungama for ad-funded Bollywood content, SDC for ad-funded music, Exit Games for ad-funded gaming, and Anam Mobile for ad-funded messaging.
