banglalink implements Comptel solution Print E-mail
Tuesday, 27 November 2007
Mobile operator banglalink, a fully owned subsidiary of Orascom Telecom Holding (OTH), has selected Comptel Provisioning and Activation Solution. banglalink has been pursuing an aggressive strategy of growth. In 2006 alone, banglalink grew its subscriber base by over 250%. However, banglalink identified that their existing activation solution would not be able to keep pace with their ambitions. As a result, banglalink selected Comptel Provisioning and Activation Solution to automate mobile service activation. Comptel Provisioning and Activation Solution automates the service fulfillment processes. With a single interface, it covers the entire workflow - from service order to start of billing. At banglalink, Comptel Provisioning and Activation Solution will be used to activate both voice and data services, for postpaid and prepaid customers.
