The Carphone Warehouse has selected Telmap to power its own-branded mobile navigation application, The Carphone Warehouse Navigator for the BlackBerry Curve 8310 smartphone. The Carphone Warehouse Navigator comes pre-bundled with the BlackBerry Curve 8310 handset which will be available from The Carphone Warehouse retail outlets from 01 December in time for the Christmas shopping season. The Carphone Warehouse Navigator is a complete mobile navigation application that includes in-car and pedestrian navigation. Key features includes moving maps display, free-text advanced local search capabilities with auto complete and fuzzy matching allowing people to find what they are looking for even with partial information or misspelled entries.
