Comcast awards Amdocs new contract |

Comcast Corporation, a leading provider of entertainment, information and communications, has licensed new business and operational support (BSS/OSS) products from Amdocs. Under the new agreement, Comcast will deploy customer care, billing and
OSS solutions based on Amdocs CES 7.5, its new portfolio of products. Amdocs has provided longstanding support to Comcast's video, high-speed Internet and voice services. In addition to billing and customer care, Comcast also will deploy Amdocs CES - Cramer OSS 7.5 to support its network resource management and network planning processes.
