In the trading month to 26 November, the R-100 grew by 4% — a positive performance for the third month in a row. Standing at 1012.46, the Index is now ahead of the start rating of 1000 from its 2 July, 2004 launch.

In Europe, telco and mobile stocks were strong, although this was offset by weaker performance of many media companies, vendors and manufacturers.

The US was strong overall, accounting for most of last month’s growth.

In Asia, Japanese operators were major decliners with others stocks either flat or in marginally negative territory.

The next R-100 results will be published early in the New Year.
