18 January, 2005: Azure Solutions has signed an independent solutions supplier (ISS) agreement with Agilent Technologies to jointly market Azure’s Certo Revenue Assurance platform and Agilent’s acceSS7 monitoring system. By using both companies’ products, telecommunications service providers across the globe will have the most accurate means to identify and correct usage-data errors throughout the entire 'network-to-bill' revenue life cycle.
Agilent’s acceSS7 market-leading network monitoring system captures, stores and enriches signaling system 7 (SS7) records of all network transactions for voice and data services. Azure’s Certo platform and revenue assurance applications will utilise these enriched signaling records as a gold-standard reference for actual service usage. These solutions ensure that service providers have total data accuracy as they process network transactions across the revenue chain.
The Certo platform is designed to restore certainty to service providers’ operations with automatic detection and correction of data integrity errors that cause revenue leakage, unnecessary costs and customer dissatisfaction. The results are increased profitability and confidence in financial reporting. The platform offers an easily configurable environment to streamline and automate revenue assurance program execution and discrepancy resolution using online, interactive data navigation, display and reporting capabilities. It is ideal for any wireline, wireless and broadband operator that is looking for a scalable solution capable of managing enterprise-wide revenue assurance initiatives from a single, unified computing platform.
